Cross-dressers
The first type of transgender is are cross-dressers. Cross-dressers refer to who wear clothing and accessories typically opposite with their gender or in the simple words their appearance opposite with their gender. As example, men wear women clothing and women wear men clothing. The cross-dresser term is preferred to the term transvestite. Cross-dressing may be just happen in the particular situation, for specific occasions, or in all aspect of cross-dresser person. Some people cross-dresser primarily for performance and usually we call this groups as drag queens, drag kings, male and female impersonators. On the other hand, for other cross-dressing is a private activity. Usually, cross-dressers people just questions their role or gender expression such as, how they are supposed to appear in society or to act but they not questions about their gender identity. Beside that, these groups don't want to live as the opposite gender or in the other words impossible for them to change their gender. Intersexual@'Khunsa'
Second type of transgender is a intersexual. Intersexuals refer to people who are born with of both male and female sex characteristics. In the same way, we also identify these people as 'khunsa'. Intersexuals happen because these people may have some of the sex or reproductive organ of both sexes. Discrepancies between chromosome, gonadol or hormone sex also can cause anybody be intersexuals person. Intersexuals people often do surgery altered at birth or at puberty. In many cases, usually a physician always decides what sex the child will be based on the number of variables, including appearance of external genitalia, chromosome and potential fertility beside the other factors. Some intersexuals feel angry because they do not given entitle to choice and determining their own gender. However, they feel comfortable with the sex assigned to them, but not satisfied because they were not given choice about what was being done. On the other hand, some intersexuals feel that the physician choice the wrong gender for them. Consequence from this situation, they never felt that the gender assigned to them, or they are really in the opposite gender. For example, an intersexual who was labelled as male at birth may grow up feeling and believing that he was a girl, though raised as a boy. Because of that, some intersexuals want to change their gender because they want the gender same with they feeling. So, they change they gender through undergo hormone or surgical treatment. However, many intersexuals are comfortable with the gender assigned to them, without undergo gender identity conflicts.

Transgenderists people also can identify as heterosexual, bisexual, lesbian, or gay. However, heterosexual transgenderists often assumeed to be same-sex oriented because others do not see, or believe their gender identity.
